• Acceptance is based on condition that at least one author will register and do the paper presentation at the conference.
• Please choose pre-conference workshops in Pre-Conference Workshop Registration Form. Workshop with less than 10 registers will be canceled. We will pub relative information as soon as possible on our website.
• Conference registration fee covers conference program and proceedings CD, four meals, coffee breaks/refreshments. Fees might be adjusted upon the currency exchange rate changes. Bank transfer fee is NOT included.
• You can pay the registration fee by BANK TRANSFER (for current exchange rate: http://www.xe.com/ucc/).
• Only limited hotel rooms are available (Riverside Hotel Shanghai). Please contact the conference secretariat to get the best prices. You need to remit us 500 CNY deposit by electronic transfer to book rooms in advance.
• The price of airport pick up is 220 CNY. Please pay by electronic transfer or by cash together with other fees if you need this service.
• There is 15-20 minutes’ walk from Riverside Hotel Shanghai to Conference Venue. You need to pay 10 CNY per day if you want a regular bus. We will send FREE guides for people who want to walk to Conference Venue during the four days. Please pay by electronic transfer or by cash together with other fees if you need this service.
• Two sightseeing itineraries will be FREE of charge on Dec.4, including Community Cultural Center + City God Temple and An Adult Education Institution + Pudong Library + Lujiazui Business Center. Each one is available for 40 people.
• All reservations of accommodations and sightseeing itineraries will be confirmed on first come first served basis, and key notes, presenters, and attendants with papers will be preferred.
